All hanging accessories are removable.

To clean them, use cotton with alcohol or wash with soap and water.

If worn for extended periods and you experience slight discomfort, you may apply a small drop of body oil.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent color fading.

Equalízame keeps your ear molds on file. If you would like another pair (or lose one), simply contact them with your full name, selected color, and attenuation level. Replacements can be ready in approximately one week.

When using them in social environments, allow 10–15 minutes to adjust. Hearing adapts more gradually than sight or smell.
